My name is Miss Novita, and I have been working at Damar for approximately 1 year and 4 months. It hasn’t been an easy or short journey for me. There have been many ups and downs along the way.
When I first started, I felt nervous, especially since this was a completely new experience. I didn’t know how to handle children, understand their needs, or adapt to their individual personalities when new students arrived. However, as time went on, I began to enjoy the work. It became a unique challenge for me, and being close to the children and receiving their attention motivates me every day.
I am also grateful to have a manager who truly understands their employees, is generous, kind-hearted, and welcoming, as well as colleagues who always support me. I hope that in the future, Damar continues to grow and becomes even more popular among parents.
